FAQ
Your questions about this specialism. The specific terms are always in your proposal and written contract.
Why do I need ITED certification?
It certifies the building’s telecommunications infrastructure under the Portuguese ITED standard. A qualified technician issues it after testing, so your provider can connect the service.
Can I commission just the network installation?
Yes. We install network points, Wi-Fi and racks on their own, at home or in the office.
Will you run fibre into my home?
Yes. We run fibre to the ATI, where your provider connects the service.
