We are a building company incorporated in February 2025 and based in Alcochete. We refurbish and renovate existing buildings, and build new houses and small buildings, mainly on the south bank of the Tagus and across the Lisbon Metropolitan Area. Our own team carries out the works. Qualified subcontractors install the building services (electrics, plumbing, heating and ventilation) and carry out other specialist trades. We coordinate them through the same programme and daily record.

We run every project in Abidon CRM, our own platform: a programme, a daily site report, cost control and a dedicated Client Portal where you can follow your works.

1. Understand your project first

   Before we propose anything, we visit your site or review your design. You receive a written proposal, itemised by section, setting out the works, materials, terms, inclusions and exclusions.

2. Plan before we build

   We agree the programme and the sequence of works before work starts, so you know how your project is planned.

3. Record what is done

   A daily site report with photographs, and costs tracked against your approved proposal, keep everyone working from the same facts. You can follow that record on your portal.

Our site team uses Abidon CRM to keep the project record that you follow on your portal. We use it to:

• Prepare the daily site report, with photographs and attendance
• Record expenses and invoices, and verify invoices through the QR code issued by the Autoridade Tributária (Portuguese tax authority)
• Maintain a measured programme — the programme with progress measured task by task
• Exchange site messages within the team
• Survey existing buildings with LiDAR scanning and prepare floor plans
• Record safety checks and team documents

Your Client Portal shows the project status, photographs by room, the payment schedule and your documents. You can also comment, raise requests and report defects there.

1. Written contract

   Your written contract identifies the parties, our licence, the scope of the works (including drawings and specification), the price and the completion period. You can check these against your proposal before work starts.

2. A photographic record, every working day

   We log every working day in a daily site report, with photographs and a note of the work done. You can see the photographic record, organised by room, on your portal.

3. VAT shown, every payment documented

   VAT is shown separately and every payment is documented. You pay by bank transfer, following the payment schedule in your proposal, which you can also check on your portal.

4. Joint final inspection and statutory warranty

   At the end, the final inspection is carried out with you; any snags are put right before handover and the works are covered by the statutory warranty: five years for defects, under article 1225.º of the Portuguese Civil Code.
