01 — Who we are

A licensed building contractor in Alcochete, for your project.

  1. In writing: an itemised proposal and a contract

Before work starts, you receive a proposal itemised by section, stating what is included and what is not, and a written contract with the price and the completion period.

  2. On record every day: a daily site report with photographs

Our own team carries out the works and coordinates the rest. Qualified subcontractors install the building services (electrics, plumbing, heating and ventilation); they work to the same programme and appear in the same daily record.

  3. Visible to you: the Client Portal

The programme, the daily site report with photographs and the cost control are all on record. What the team records on site, you see on your Client Portal, on your phone or computer.

Thirteen specialisms, one contractor for the whole project.

The whole project or a single specialism: electrical, plumbing, HVAC or security can each be commissioned on their own. Each page tells you who it is for, what is included and what you receive at the end.

03 — How we work

What happens after you contact us: six steps to handover.

A site visit or a review of your design at no cost, a written proposal itemised by section, and a written contract before work starts. We do not publish standard prices or timescales: every figure comes from a proposal prepared for your project.

  4. Planning and programme

Before work starts, the programme is set phase by phase: you know which teams come in, and when.

  5. On site, with a daily record

Every day is recorded with photographs and attendance; you follow it on your portal, without having to ask.

  6. Handover and statutory warranty

A joint final inspection with you, snagging put right, and the statutory warranty.

05 — Recent projects

Recent projects, photographed by our team during the works.

These are images from the daily site report, not catalogue photographs — the same record you will find on your own Client Portal. No client names or addresses: the same discretion you will have on your project. We give the type of project, the area and the year.
