Contact

Request a proposal for your project.

By WhatsApp for quick messages and photographs; by email to send a design, plans or measurements; by phone on working days. Tell us where the works are and what you want to do: where a visit would help, we arrange one at no cost, and we reply with a written proposal itemised by section.

What helps us reply with a proposal

You do not need to have everything; whatever you have already helps: where the works are, what you want to do in your own words, a design, plans or photographs if they exist, and the timescale you have in mind. If anything is missing, we tell you what we need.

Request a proposal in four lines

There is no form to fill in. Copy these four lines into an email or a WhatsApp message and answer each one:

  • The timescale you have in mind

Site visit and written proposal at no cost. With or without a design. Works outside our area: case by case.

The data you send us is processed in line with our Privacy policy.

What happens after you contact us

  1. We read your request and reply by email, phone or WhatsApp, whichever contact you leave us.
  2. We get to know the project: where a visit would help, we arrange one; if you already have a design, we go through the drawings and the written documents. The visit costs you nothing.
  3. You receive a written proposal, itemised by section: the works included and excluded, the materials specified, the terms for the works and the payment schedule. The proposal costs you nothing.
  4. If you go ahead, we sign a written contract setting out the scope of the works, the price and the completion period (Portuguese Law no. 41/2015), and we set the programme phase by phase before work starts.
  5. During the works, every day goes into the daily site report and you follow everything on your Client Portal, with your login sent by invitation.
  6. At the end, a joint final inspection, snagging put right and the statutory warranty.

Works outside the south bank of the Tagus and the Lisbon Metropolitan Area: we look at each request case by case.
